Hey there! Penance has received an amazing response and I want to thank you all for your feedback!
Biggest issue people had was balancing. Game was too easy and enemies couldn't catch you.
I have tried to fix that!
- Enemy speeds have been tweaked. Hellhounds are fastest enemies in the game, be wary of them!
- Enemy damage amounts have been tweaked. The faster the enemy, the less it does damage. Projectiles also do bit less damage.
- Enemies don't slide around anymore when trying to catch you. Instead, they're really relentless chasing you and harder to shake off.
- Weapon max ammo counts have been tweaked:
- Rifle max 100
- Shotgun max 25
- Pistol max 70
- Melee weapon has longer range and does more damage
- Scorecounter gets faster over time so you don't have to listen the score doots as long as you had to
- Added one more name to credits: GoldenThumbs
I doubt I will be updating the game further unless there's some huge gamebreaking bug. I hope you enjoy the game and have good time blasting demons!
